This is NOT a HOTSPOT plan but a Tablet Plan that can be used for data, at the current time JAN 2021 - Hotspots are working without any Caps, Throttled, Limits, However If abused AT&T can flag account & suspend it.
If you are a heavy gamer or use more then 300 - 400GB Data monthly, I recommend you have 2 accounts to split the data usage.
I can not guarantee how long this will work.
