All of my OTC Items, unless otherwise stated, are the
MOST CURRENT and FRESHEST INVENTORY being distributed from the Manufacturer, as opposed to Inventory that has been obtained AFTER it hits the Secondary Market, then trickles down to Bulk Sellers via Liquidations, Buyouts, Discounters etc....
** I do not use generic internet stock photos, as that indicates a "Representation" of the item being offered; allowing for  variations in the Product itself, its Appearance, it's Packaging, its Condition, and unless specifically stated, its Expiration Dates.
Many Bulk Sellers who use only generic sample Photos, more often than not do not actually have the item on hand. They merely serve as the Listing Agents for the transaction to take place, as the item is then shipped from an undisclosed 3rd party location.
As a Buyer, I would assume most would want to see exactly what they are getting, especially OTC products that are Health/Beauty and Vitamins/Dietary Supplements, as there should be no guess work in these products.
** This why I take and post my own photos (avg 6-9 per Listing), with all photos UNIQUE to that Listing, as I never re-use any pictures.
This allows you to see the Actual Product and its Packaging, its Condition, and any applicable Lot Numbers, UPCs, NDCs, SKUs, MPNs, EXPIRATION DATES etc., as well as all pertinent Product Information found on the package that you may want to see/read."

With the Pandemic, there will certainly be cases where major Delays in Shipping Times will take place.  Depending on your Country, it can be as long as 45-60+ days.  During the Global Crisis, the majority, if not all, of Shipping Services are not guaranteeing any Delivery Time Frames.
So please keep this in mind.
In addition, if your package is significantly delayed, understand that is a direct result of your Country's current protocols, and that I have no more information than you do.  In fact, contacting your Customs dept often helps in getting information on delays.  My best Advice is to periodically check the Tracking, as once your package is shown to have arrived in your Country, it will have to clear Customs and then it is at that time that your Local Carriers take over.
Although it can be much lower (very light packages), International Shipping Costs will most likely run about - USD for up to 2 pounds to most Countries.
