Pre 1959 Luray Pastels Blue 7 3/4 Inch Soup Bowls (2)

Here are two Soup bowls made by Taylor-Smith-Taylor in their popular 1930's/40's/50's and 60's pastel line,
Luray. Soup sized bowls were not part of the basic place setting package, and had to be purchased, separately. One bowl is marked 1954, the other 1959 or 1949. The 194/9/59 plate has two tiny dark grain specks at the outer rim, as shown in the last right photograph. No chips, cracks, crazing, or excessive wear.
